1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and qk0k ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at qk0k.net ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the qk0k Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the qk0k Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qk0k operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or access any gambling service on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any other person or entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You are not a person who has previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or family member of an employee of qk0k or any affiliated company.

By creating an account, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and current. You further warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. qk0k is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from false representations made at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the qk0k Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any other common identifier — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. qk0k will not be held liable for delays, losses, or failed transactions that result from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, qk0k may at any time request that a player complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). This process may require the submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable period may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals or, in persistent cases, account closure.

3.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account password. qk0k strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service. Under no circumstances will qk0k staff request your password. Any disclosure of your login credentials to a third party is done entirely at your own risk. 3.5 Account Currency

All qk0k accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. qk0k does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qk0k currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status. qk0k reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Withdrawal minimum limits and maximum daily limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your account. qk0k reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on high-value transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your qk0k account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two banking hours to be reflected. qk0k is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by qk0k's payments team within two hours during operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational period. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and not be subject to any account restriction.

4.5 Own-Account Withdrawals Only

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name. qk0k does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or unverified payment methods. Attempting to withdraw to a third party may trigger an account security review and temporary suspension.

4.6 Fees

qk0k does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are entirely the responsibility of the player and are outside qk0k's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the qk0k Platform are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with each individual promotion. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over any general statement. Where general terms and specific promotion terms conflict, the specific promotion terms apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet from the bonus (or from the combined deposit and bonus) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements vary and are detailed on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses concurrently may result in one or more bonuses being voided without notice.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee a mathematical advantage, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion — will result in the forfeiture of any bonus or winnings derived from such activity and may lead to permanent account suspension.

5.6 Promotions Subject to Change

qk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform where practically possible. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to a material change will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, unless the change is required by law or is immaterial in nature.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the qk0k Platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegally obtained funds through the Platform.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.

• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to a third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the qk0k Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of qk0k or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from qk0k.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.

Game content, including graphics, sounds, and mechanics, is owned by the respective third-party game studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to qk0k for use on the Platform. Any unauthorised use of such content constitutes an infringement of the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk0k and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

9. Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Closure by qk0k

qk0k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal request from a payment provider.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure by either party, your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked. Real-money balances in closed accounts will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding security reviews. Bonus balances and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements are non-refundable.

10. Responsible Gaming
